Welcome to Sharon Armstrong – Personal Trainer
My fitness journey started out with taking a group of people on a mountain bike ride in the local woods. Prior to this I was a qualified nursery nurse, youth and adult trainer in business administration and IT so my passion has always been in educating people and helping them to progress and grow. I have always strived to achieve which has not been easy as I have had injuries to manage and a weight issue which after a lot of effort and patience I managed to lose two stone of body fat. I trained myself to become more flexible and stronger which has made my quality of life and energy levels much improved and because I know how challenging this can be I would like to help others become successful in their endeavours of becoming a fitter and better version of themselves in the future.
As a level three personal trainer I can offer advice on the following:-

- Indoor or Outdoor training

- Premier Global NASM Level 2 in Fitness Instructing
- Premier Global NASM Level 3 in Optimum Performance Personal Training
- CPD in Life CoachingĀ Diploma
- CPR from the British Heart Foundation
- Member of CIMSPA
- AFAA Yoga Instructor
- AFAA Pilates Instructor
